1. These terms

These terms govern your use of the NASDrive PRO website. Use of the platform itself is governed by the signed order form and master services agreement between your school and NewAgeSysIT ("we", "us"). Where those documents and these terms conflict, those documents win.

By using this site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

2. Who may use the site

The site is intended for driving school owners, operators and their staff. You must be at least 18 and able to enter into a contract. If you use the site on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to do so.

3. Demo requests and enquiries

Submitting a demo request or enquiry does not create a contract and does not reserve pricing, capacity or a delivery date. We will use the details you give us to contact you about your enquiry.

Please give accurate details, and do not submit anyone else's personal information without their permission.

4. Quotes and pricing

Figures shown on this site, including anything produced by the cost calculator, are illustrative. They are not an offer and are not binding. Pricing is scoped per school and confirmed in a written proposal.

The cost calculator is a planning aid using the assumptions you enter. Your actual costs will depend on your locations, integrations, data migration and support model.

5. Acceptable use

When using this site, you agree not to:

• Break the law, or infringe anyone's rights.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers or connected systems.
• Probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the site without our written permission.
• Interfere with the site's operation, including through automated traffic that degrades service for others.
• Scrape or harvest content or contact details from the site.
• Submit anything unlawful, misleading, malicious or infringing.

6. Intellectual property

The site, its content, design, and the NASDrive PRO and NewAgeSysIT names and logos are owned by us or our licensors. You may view and print pages for your own evaluation. You may not otherwise copy, republish or adapt the site without our written permission.

Where a signed agreement grants your school ownership of a customised deployment, that agreement governs what you own — not this page.

7. Third-party links and services

The site links to third-party sites and embeds third-party content such as video. We do not control those services and are not responsible for them. Their own terms and privacy policies apply.

8. Availability

We aim to keep the site available but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it at any time without notice.

9. Disclaimers

The site and its content are provided as is. To the fullest extent permitted by law we exclude all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

Nothing on the site is legal, tax, compliance or financial advice. Driver education requirements vary by state and change over time; confirm your obligations with your regulator.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of this site.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your misuse of the site or your breach of these terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. The state and federal courts located in New Jersey have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

13. Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last revised, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
