How NewAgeSysIT collects, uses and protects information in connection with the NASDrive PRO website and platform.
1. Information we collect
We collect information you give us directly, information collected automatically as you use the site, and information we receive from the services we integrate with.
- Details you submit through a form — your name, work email, phone number, school name, number of locations and anything you write in a message.
- Account and billing details for customers of the platform, including the contacts authorised to administer your account.
- Technical information such as IP address, browser type, device type, referring page and the pages you view.
- Correspondence with our sales and support teams.
2. How we use information
We use the information we collect to operate the platform, to respond to enquiries, and to improve what we offer.
- Responding to demo requests, quotes and support questions.
- Providing, maintaining and securing the platform for customers.
- Sending service messages about availability, changes and billing.
- Understanding which parts of the site are useful, in aggregate.
- Meeting our legal, tax and regulatory obligations.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use the contents of customer data to train third-party models.
3. Legal bases for processing
Where the GDPR or a similar law applies, we rely on one of the following: performance of a contract with you, our legitimate interest in operating and improving the business, compliance with a legal obligation, or your consent where consent is required.
Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal.
4. Cookies and similar technologies
The marketing site uses a small number of cookies. Strictly necessary cookies keep the site working and cannot be turned off. Analytics cookies help us understand which pages are read; they are only set with your consent where consent is required.
Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies. Refusing non-essential cookies does not prevent you using the site.
5. Sharing information
We share information only where it is needed to run the service or where the law requires it.
- Service providers who host, secure, monitor or support the platform on our behalf, under contract.
- Payment processors, for customers who pay through the platform.
- Professional advisers, auditors and insurers, where relevant.
- Regulators, courts or law enforcement, where we are legally required to disclose.
- A buyer or successor, if the business or part of it is sold or reorganised.
6. How long we keep information
We keep information only as long as we need it for the purpose it was collected, or as long as the law requires. Demo requests and other enquiries are kept while the opportunity is live and for a reasonable period afterwards. Customer records are kept for the life of the account and for the retention period required by tax and contract law once it closes.
7. Security
We use technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk, including encryption in transit, access control on a least-privilege basis, logging, and regular review of our providers. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request a copy of the information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict certain processing, to receive it in a portable form, and to complain to your local supervisory authority.
To exercise any of these, contact us using the details below. We may need to verify your identity before we act on a request.
9. Children
This site is intended for driving school operators, not for students. Where a school uses the platform to manage learners under 18, the school is the controller of that data and we process it on the school's instructions under our customer agreement.
10. International transfers
We are based in the United States and our providers may process information in other countries. Where information is transferred out of a region with transfer restrictions, we rely on an approved transfer mechanism such as the Standard Contractual Clauses.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the platform and the law change. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised. If a change materially affects how we handle your information, we will give notice through the site or by email.
12. Contact us
Questions about this policy, or a request about your information, can be sent to NewAgeSysIT, 4390 US-1, Suite 110, Princeton, NJ 08540, or by phone on 1-609-331-9194.
